SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Thursday and, once placed, typically take 24 hours to process into our system. When placing the order, verify that you have entered the correct billing and shipping information. This information cannot be changed once the order has been placed, and the only way to fix it is to cancel and replace your order. Orders placed on or after Thursday at 11:30 AM PST will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order has left our facility as a shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

1.1 Domestic Shipping 

Currently, we only offer USPS First Class as a shipping option. USPS typically takes between 5-7 business days to deliver an order after it has been shipped. When available, the FREE shipping option will also ship your package with USPS First Class mail (only applies to U.S.-based customers). Free shipping is not available for locations outside the U.S.

We accept FPO, APO, and PO addresses.

1.2 International Shipping

The only available option for items shipped internationally is USPS First Class. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, and taxes associated with orders shipped outside of the U.S. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may create delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Also, note that these policies and the content indicated therein are subject to change at any time.

We do not ship to freight forwarders. If you ship to a freight forwarder you assume all responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your order is flagged as a freight forwarding address it will be canceled and refunded. Currently, we have limited options on where we are able to ship outside the continental U.S. See below for approved locations:

We will not process a refund or replacement on any international shipment that does not reach its destination whether being held by customs, lost, seized, or damaged.
